HOUSING--per online--We are renting a 3 story single unit home which has severe rot through all 3 stories of the back exterior walls of the house and decks needing extensive construction. The work may extend to other areas of the home. There is internal mold on the first floor, and the interior wall is so damp you can poke holes in it from the inside. We believe the home is inhabitable, especially since we have a 6 month old baby. We'd like confirmation.
