Per CSB; [SDOT - non tree vegetation growing from adjacent property onto the sidewalk] Ivy creeping on to the sidewalk and brush overhanging/crowding from the side pushes a pedestrian off the sidewalk close to Lincoln Park Way where drivers don't obey the speed limit
