Complaint: Construction
Opened August 29, 2026
I believe unpermitted construction may have occurred at this residence. According to the assessor's website, this a 2 bedroom 1 one bathroom home. However, a previous Zillow rental listing has it advertised as a 3 bedroom 1 bath home. It appears that the garage was converted to a bedroom; however, the assessor's website shows no permit history.https://blue.kingcounty.com/Assessor/eRealProperty/Detail.aspx?ParcelNbr=4319200525https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/7149-35th-Ave-SW-Seattle-WA
