Per Online; I believe the building owners did not properly construct converted apartments that were once basement storage units in the basement level. I can hear almost everything the tenants in the unit below me say and when they are watching television and this happens late at night almost every night close to midnight and when they wake up really early around 6am-7am in the morning. There are no sound barriers nor does it seem like there are any appliance compliance
