Per online complaint "Tenants of this property number in excess of twenty persons. Many do not appear to be directly related family members. This is a single family house. There is constant noise coming from the property well after 11pm atleast once a week. Work being done on the property or on cars on the street." I spoke to complainant today. stated they are working on cars all the time stated they are running an auto shop. (Home occupation issue)
