Per Seattle Building Code Excerpt: Elevators and other Conveying Systems: "3011.11.1 Repairs, maintenance, alterations, testing,and periodic inspections shall be performed in accordance with ASME A17.1/CSA B44 Sections, 8.6, 8.7, 8.10 and 8.11."However the elevators in the North Tower of Pike Motorworks Apartments are not in compliance, because both elevators are not working. The building has become a 7 floor walk up.** COMPLAINANT HAS NOT PROVIDED ANY CLEAR PROOF THAT THEY ARE A
