Contractor at 715 N 86th St removed 3-4 trees and other vegetation. Most if not all of the tree/veg removal was on 717 N 85th St. Owner at 717 agreed to allow removal of 1 tree only. Unauthorized/unpermitted tree/veg removal and encroachment concerns.
