PER CSB: Bode, formerly known as The Stratford Company, is a corrupt company with a demonstrated disregard for tenant rights. After failing to return my security deposit nor provide me with an itemized bill within 21 days of my move-out from one of their apartments, as required by law, the company fabricated damage charges and claimed they only owed me a small portion of my deposit.
