Recently received rent increase. Landlord requested list of repairs, after tenant requested glass, construction materials, razor blades, and dangerous items that could harm ESA animal be removed from the yard, landlord advised tenant she would revoke use of the yard and remove locks, leaving home unsecured. Seeking tenant rights.
