Two floodlights at 716 3rd Ave W, Seattle, WA 98119 are mounted on the rear of the buildings, above their parking, and point directly at my condo at 719 2nd Ave W. They are on 24 hours a day and shine bright light and glare into my windows - bedroom and living room - especially at night.This has been going on since at least May 2026. I've asked the property manager several times to turn the light off, shield it, or point it down. They've refused to change anything.As I understand it

Per phone call: Plumbing backup in sinks, shower, toilet caused flood damage to unit and displacement of tenant. See POTA SR 75502.
