SDCI did not remove Certificates of Non-compliance 850411886 & 8506130812 filed with King County for Housing Preservation Ordinance purposes after the old building was demolished and a new one built under Permit 625454. Rental Registration Certificates have been regularly issued. The title company that discovered this will accept an email that states 1) SDCI no longer has a record of these notices and 2) that no outstanding (open) enforcement exists.
