Per on-line complaint dated 2/3/05: "Located in SF5000 zone, the house is deFacto a boarding house with different people moving in and out on a regular basis. I don't beleive a permitted accessory dwelling unit exists. I'm not sure actual property owner resides in the residence. Rooms seem to be rented out on a monthly basis."
