Landlord Removed retaining wall and steps up to the front of our apartment and has not replaced them within 48 hours. See photos for view from top and bottom of removed stairs. On Saturday May 11th, heavy machinery was operated on public sidewalk that blocked public access and caused excessive noise past 7:30pm. Heavy machinery was used to remove retaining wall and stairs, and was dropped repeatedly onto public sidewalk to break into a smaller pieces. See photo for damage to sidewalk. Portion o
