Ongoing problem with rodent infestation. Exterminator was brought in last year - possible rodent entry points were sealed off with traps. However, the problem was never resolved. Landlord has now sent notice to raise the rent.

Green and black mold around window and on wall in only bedroom and around window in living room. They have bleached the areas but mold keeps coming back. Moisture may be coming from inside the walls.
