The landlord has made unpermitted structural modifications to the building's central HVAC system. They have permanently blocked and sealed off the main gas furnace supply trunks that route into my basement unit. Modifying a multi-story gas appliance's airflow distribution network without an SDCI Mechanical Permit or subsequent safety inspection violates SMC 22.100. This restriction of airflow creates a severe equipment hazard for the entire 3-story house.

1. Holes in the outside of the house still not fixed (This was a complaint on the list last year during the report that he never fixed) 2. Utility room not fireproof correctly, and my landlord has refused to change out the insulation and add drywall after sewage flooding3. Rat infestation. My landlord was notified about massive amounts of rat poop and a visable rat on June 7th. He made an appointment to get the house inspected for the 20th. Canceled it and did not tell us about the cancelat

There are rat droppings everywhere in our kitchen, this has been going on for a month. I believe the main reason that it has gotten this bad is that my landlord has yet to get all 3 units serviced at the same time, and we can also hear the rats moving in the walls.

My landlord will not fix the shower above us. It has been leaking into our kitchen consistently since we moved in, about 3 years ago. He uses chalk to 'fix' it, just for it to leak again a month or two later. sometimes it leaks within a week after he 'fixes' it. He has not repaired the drywall in the ceiling since it has leaked even though I have requested it multiple times. He has not fixed the bathroom leak even though he knows it is a big issue. Since the leak, he has not gotten mold testing
