We have identified mold in our bathroom related to a leak in the shower previously repaired incorrectly by maintenance. There was also mold identified in the opposing bathroom wall. We have had a mold specialist come out and take both an air test and a surface sample test identifying the presence of Ulocladium mold along with mold spores at a level 3x higher than the air outside. The shower wall is also squishy and the leak is still present. I have been having significant health issues while in

PER ONLINE: Garbage! Overflowing food waste, trash, recycling, styrofoam, wood, etc. Looks like it hasn't been picked up in several weeks. We've sent a letter to the property owner, no response thus far.
