Fire escape issue. From 2nd story apartment there is one stair case leading out the front door. If people need to escape through the second story window they will find themselves trapped in a fenced in area becouse the owner has installed locks on the gates. The landlord also does not allow tennants to sit on the porch and wants to make a complaint about that, too.

Parking lot has too many parking spaces now. As a result cars are being forced to drive onto the curb to get in and out of lot and there have been some accidents because of this. Is the amount of parking spaces approved per plans? Attorneys office wants a call back about his one.
