There is a decaying tree house in the conker tree that looks about 10-20 years old that is illegal and incredibly dangerous. The recent wind has broken it down significantly and it looks as though it could fall on the sidewalk any minute. It hangs over a public sidewalk that is fairly heavily trafficked.
