per online complaint: The crew at the construction site on the SE corner of 3rd Ave N & Valley St have started work - with VERY loud mechanical equipment noise & too many loud trucks - every morning, even on some weekends, starting at 7am, though trucks rumble by even earlier. We are woken up by this every day!

Construction noise before 7am repeatedly. THis has been going on for over a year and nothing is being done about it. They always follow rules when Inspector shows up. But they go back to old way once Inspector is gone.This complainant is very very upset, says he's called several times to complain and nothing is ever done. They continue to start up construction before 7am. I only saw a few complaints and they were from spring 2015. He is sure he called all thru the Summer months of 2015.

Beginning general and impact construction before 7am for past 2 weeks. Note: Complainant had been calling SPD. They told him they went to the site and were shown nesessary permits. There are no noise variance permits for this site.

This is a staged construction site complainant stated that they are across the street at 302 Valley Street. Said the fencing will be taken down and squatters will go and stay there and now its also a dumping ground for TV's misc. debris. I asked if an inspector can view this from public right-of-way. They said yes.Inspector may contact complainant for more info if required
