I am filing a formal complaint against Pike Flats Apartments, located at 722 E Pike Street, Seattle, WA 98122, managed by Arboreal Management, for failing to return my security deposit of approximately $1,780 within the legally required 30-day period.I moved out of Unit 501 on August 30, 2026. There is a structure on Harvard and Pike that was intended to be a restaurant patio but is being used for housing purposes by the transient individuals in the neighborhood. Drug use, public urination, defecation, and lewd acts have been observed daily with not intervention from the patio owner.
