A new dadu (site of former 2.5 car garage and 1 open parking space) is in the back, off the alley and appears to have 2 spaces. The home has just been put on the market with mention of the adu but not the dadu. Can they sell that property separately? The listing for the house also does not mention any off-street parking. CONSTRUCTION--per online--Hi, Simply hoping that a building inspector from your office can just double check the building going on with the DADU off the back alley and make sure it meets all permit requirements.Sure seems TALL for a DADU, and being built right to the edge of the alley too.
