CONSTRUCTION--per online--Project # 6623837 is under construction and has installed a concrete sidewalk at the north property line which does not appear to be a permeable surface as approved in the on site stormwater management plans or greenfactor plans. Verification needed that sidewalk is also not draining surface water onto the adjacent property to the north by sloping directly to the property line.
