My neighbor's exterior light, which is either always on or turns on automatically when it gets dark, illuminates off of their property and onto the public right of way, my private property, and other private properties, in violation of SMC 23.44.008.H, which states, "Exterior lighting shall be shielded and directed away from residentially zoned lots. The Director may require that the intensity of illumination be limited and that the location of the lighting be changed."
