They are in violation of 23.45.534 - Light and glare standardsA.Exterior lighting shall be shielded and directed away from adjacent properties. Every evening the property owners turn on their exterior deck and garden lights and leave them on continuously until the next day, while they are asleep. Their property is gated. Neighbors have let me in to knock to ask them to turn the lights off when not in use at night, but they have not answered the door even though they can be seen to be home in
