Per Online; We are having problems with our property manager for our apartment. 730 Harvard Ave. E Apt. 101 Seattle WA 90038. The company is called Seattle Property Management Associates LLC http://www.seattlepma.comWe think there is mold in the building and in our apartment. Our carpets smell like mildew and the bedroom smells like mildew. We tried to get them to clean the carpets to get the mildew out but they refused. There are also no weather strips for the exter

Per online complaint: "Landlord attempted repair of electrical outlet in my unit, directly wiring hot to ground. This caused loss of power for many hours in my unit today. All past eletrical work done by landlord in the building needs to be inspected."
