The trash bins at this apartment complex are consistently overflowing and attracting vermin as well as illegal dumping. Trash keeps getting dispersed along 86th St (where the bins are located) and dumping happens consistently. The elderly neighbors on 86th St have been cleaning trash, but this apartment building needs to deal with their refuse. It's out of control.

HOUSING--per phone call--unit has mold. There was a hole cut in the wall and black mold was discovered. It was caused by a rain gutter an that opening leaked into the building. Complainant says building is older and he is concerned about asbestos with the leak and hold in the wall. No relocation offered or placement in another unit
