Furnace went out on Friday. She called owner on Saturday and he looked at it on Saturday night. He called a friend to fix it and told his friend that the "football game was more important". He also told her that it was too expensive to fix on the weekend. She finally got ahold of the friend who is supposed to fix the furnace today and he told her that she could not be present. She does not trust the situation. She had to go out and purchase an electric heater which only keeps one room warm. She
