The northerly portion (22-1/2' X 5') of the garage is located in the north side yard - see highlighted attached plan. Permit 6150708 was issued to remodel "existing garage." Garage was not "existing" see 2005 aerial photos and was not built with a permit. Previous structure was a carport - see 1999 aerial photos.
