My landlord sent me a written notice in the mail that stated I will not be allowed to renew my lease and will be required to vacate the property by or before the lease renewal date. there was no reason given which is not in compliance with the just cause eviction laws in the city of Seattle.

Per online complaint: "SMC 10.52.030 - Vegetation overgrowth (shrubbery) blocking about half of sidewalk width. This is a rental four-plex on a corner lot; the sidewalks are blocked on both the west side of 38th Ave. N.E. and also on the south side of N.E. 73rd Place."
