Mold in unit - source unknown. Despite hiring a home inspector for a recent air quality assessment in the unit - together with the owner spraying the attic for mold/mildew - the problem still exists. Owner told complainant he's done with this issue and won't come back. He also told her that he won't pay for another inspection.
