There is a dumpster and a trailer being kept to the North of our property. In over 2 months the dumpster has never been emptied, and the trailer never moves. The lot is a vacant lot, but I believe it belongs to the home north of the vacant lot. Now there is garbage being dumped around the dumpster. There are many tuna cans "behind" the trailer and dumpster. We had to call the fire department last week when a homeless person started a fire with the wood in the dumpster an

Person in the NW corner unit on the 2nd floor continuously keeps garbage on her back deck. Rats have become a problem. Can be viewed from back, but also has pictures available or can meet and show the concern.
