Absentee landlords (currently in Florida) completely renovated both their two bathrooms between December 2024 and February 15, 2025 in order to rent their unit out starting March 12th. Unit is currently vacant. They completely tore out everything due to flooding, down to the the studs and replaced all the walls, tiles, electricity, vanity etc. All without a permit. Neighboring apartment complex is violating 23.44.008, as lights are not shielded and not directed away from surrounding buildings. Lights are very bright and on at all hours of the night, they never turn off.
