for the last two years these neighbors have been remodeling this house doing a new bathroom complete in rooms in basement. complaint is that they work everyday sat sun and run the skill saw all day long. I have asked them to please not work in the afternoons when we have doors and windows open but they never comply. I remodeled my house and paid for permits and inspections. I am so tired of the noise and mess. I paid to have my house permitted and they are not paying a
