The landlord is violating code by not giving us our proper paperwork with 2 signatures and explanation or receipts for the deductions she is taking from our deposit. We have tried to send certified letters and upon no avail received our deposit. Also she is intentionally doing this to all tenants and this needs to stop. We have been very understanding to the construction that is going on in our building, which is 4 or more units that are being done. This has now been ongoing from 8 to 5pm mon-fri since December 5th, 2023. Building does not pass RRIO inspection clear evidence of water damage on both bottom floors and in hallways steming from roof. Clear in all Boyd properties even the ones across the street. She wants to raise rent 9% and it has only decreased in value. Constant infestations and occupants are all ill. Supervisor attention needed.
