Illegal dwelling unit in the garage. A tenant moved into the unit yesterday and is parking his car (complainant thinks it is a Subaru) in what may be a required front yard. Complainant stated that the owners received an NOV last year on this same unit and were asked to remove the appliances to bring it into compliance, now they are renting it out again.
