The house is having structural work done to the front. We know that the landlord has done unpermitted plumbing and mold abatement work recently and are concerned that she's continuing more of the same. She doesn't return our calls anymore when we ask if she's pulling permits, so we're just filing the complaint. Thanks for all you do.

Owner building a DADU in the back yard without permits. Our leasestates we have access to parking in the driveway. The owner has asked usto keep the car out of the driveway, Mon. thru Fri. while the construction is going on and for the equipment. What are our rights?

Rats infestation coming from our neighbor's home into our yard. Large Rats coming under our fence appears to be from the bottom unit (B) of the main home. 7333 39th Ave SW. Rats are also digging up our gardens with mounds of dirt and destroying our plants in the garden.
