Complaint: Land Use
Opened August 14, 2018 · Updated September 5, 2018
ZONING--per online--4 wood pallets and approx 50 rolled-up bundles of unused lawn sod (now dried/dead/old) have been on left on parking strip since mid/end of June. I called SDCI complaint hotline & reported to Canika on 7/10/2018 at 10;30am. It is now 2 months & nothing has been done. Property is owned by real estate agent/developer Adrian Chu 206-407-5452. Please contact him for removal. Many neighbors are upset about this eyesore.

Original home on lot is now listed for sale on a 3800 sq foot lot. There was never notice to surrounding homeowners or a public comment period about this subdivision.
