Gas was shut off in building due to nonpayment. Entire building is without hot water, also no washer/dryer. Note: Tenant wanted to remain anonymous due to fear of retalitation but did give a contact phone number. Tenant believes that the owner (Michael Turner) recently passed away, and that his daughter, Britt Turner has taken over as property management.
