Our callbox has been broken for three weeks. Multiple residents submitted online requests for it. On July 11th, they sent a text to all of us that they put in a repair request to their intercom vendor. We have heard nothing since, and it is still broken. Residents, myself included, have lost access to ordered items, including medications! 1 (of 2) washing machines has been out of order for a month. This washer has broken intermittently over the last year. Management has communicated that they intend to replace unit but have not. Also, dryer unit only runs 30 minutes (instead of the normal 90 min). This has occurred multiple times over the year. Again, management has communicated an intention to address this constant problem but no action.

We only have two washer units and two dryers. Both sets have been breaking down with regularity (at least monthly) for about a year. Currently, one of the washers has been broken since October 1st, when I submitted a maintenance request. There has been no action taken, and the machine is still broken almost a month later.

Lease agreement was sent on 06/22 and it has been signed and move in date is set for 07/25 and deposit has been paid. The rental agreement states that the rent is $1195 a month (signed by tenant) however the property management is calling tenant stating the price was not correct and it is actually supposed to be $1795 a month and now landlord is asking them to sign a new lease and caller wants to know their rights as a tenant. Is this legal for them to do since contract is already signed?
