They have expanded beyond limits of their private lot and occupied an area between 27th and 28th street marked as alley according to King County Registry (20 ft width):.One of them (7341 27th AVE SW) has built a fence and tool shed on this alley and the other (7335 27th AVE SW) occupies the area with personal belongings that prevent access to the area.
