On August 14, 2024 I notified my property manager about a leak in my bedroom ceiling. It started out as dripping. On September 19, 2024 I sent him a photo of water exiting the exterior of the building when my upstairs neighbor uses their shower. The property manager dismissed my concerns, saying that "modern buildings are made to breath" and mold wouldn't be an issue.
