Construction site preparing to begin foundation work. Complainant is concerned that the approved plans do no take the shared easement into consideration - would like to know whether or not there are setback requirements that apply to new construction and existing driveway easements. ***Setbacks per permit 6473974?***

Per online: Construction of a new property. Semi trucks and digging began at 7:24am on a Saturday 8/6 before the 9:00am noise law. When i spoke to them they said they had no premits for before 9:00am work and their start time was 7:00am.
