Per online complaint "This property at 735 N 128th has had two motor homes on the property and someone is living out of the motor home. I have already complained about this over a month ago. Last week they removed the motor home they were living out of, now on 6/2/13 they parked another bigger motor home on the property"

Violation of Land Use Code/outdoor junk storage in front yard,unable to view rear yard. spoke w/tenant onsite: he was in process of removing salvaged matl's frm prp. I asked about water & elec, was told house had all utilities.

Per online complaint, "1. Substandard rental housing conditions: No heat, water, electricity for over a year. Very poor condition of rental house. Sanitation issues. 2.
