Persistent use of high horsepower gas leaf/debris blower along rear property line exceeding maximum decibels allowed as measured from 50 ft over the course of an hour. This has been occurring since early summer and also projects debris onto other properties. But the excessively loud noise is our primary complaint, as it disturbs humans and animals on our property and prevents us from reasonably enjoying our own property at regular intervals. We'd request use of such a loud machine on the street
