Owner of 7350 32nd Ave SW (yellow stucco house) has excavated land between our homes (7346 and 7350). Our sidewalk and physical land is beginning to slope toward trench dug by said neighbor. Neighbor stating she does not plan to build retaining wall after excavating a 20 foot long, 4 foot wide, and 3 foot deep trench between our homes. We are already seeing damage to our property and fear that more will occur if our now exposed land is not shored up. Neighbor made no arrange
