When we toured the townhome we're currently renting back in May 2021, there was a large hole in the ceiling of the 2nd bedroom. The property manager, Georgia Gebow, informed us that there was a leak that had been fixed, and all that remained was to patch/paint. We expected this to be done within the 2 weeks between touring and moving in. On the 1st day of our lease, June 15th, we were surprised to see that it was not repaired. Per Online; Continuous construction / motor noise. I live in 741 Harvard Ave E with windows facing the property. Since the stay home stay health order, I spend most of my time in my apartment and been working from home, I believe many of my neighbors do too. The noise is very annoying and frustrating that I found it hard to focus on work anymore.
