Per online: A brand new light was installed at the middle of the back side of the building. It is a bright white light that shines directly into my bedroom. I live on 94th street, across the parking lot from this building, and it is like a giant spotlight, contributing to light pollution in this area.

per online complaint: In-unit dryer broke May 1, sent email request. Was assured maintenance would repair it, and have received no further communication on the status. Called/emailed new property manager, and she had no update/has not responded to our calls/emails since. Have been paying out of pocket for laundromat.
