Tenant experienced chimney fire on 11/11/2023. Seattle Fire responded, incident #F230149276. Management was notified of required repair on 11/12/2023. Building chimneys have not been cleaned in over 13 years. A significant fire hazard to the building and its tenants exists in all units. Management has not made tenants aware of the fire hazard and has not made any repairs in 30 days since being notified of the issue.
