PER CSB: In front of construction project (water pipes running from new construction across newly laid blacktop)Sidewalk blocked by construction (water pipes crossing sidewalk, cones, new blacktop, open manhole), water flooding side of street, connected hydrant blessing, with no advance signage and no protected way to avoid it. PER PHONE COMPLAINT: First two floors are being rented as a party/event center with a full bar. Witnessed on November 19th & Nov 23rd numerous people, tables & chairs set up, booze, audio equipmen and a cleaning company. The company cleans post event and workers informed complainant the space is being rented for parties.She spoke directly with owner and he stated people are merely family/guests.

Claims that the new development was supposed to have it's own side-sewer for the three new units. Contractor originally capped his part of the side sewer that was shared with the complainant but complaiant has recently noticed that it looks like they are using the original side-sewer and says that they have covered it up.Note: Complainant has photos and would like to meet the inspector on site.

Kevin Donnelly sent email today that the neighbor has been complaining about unpermitted ss connection to her side sewer. On 8/21/14 Inspector Tramble inspected & materials were onsite, but no connections had been made at that time. Kevin states in 8/27/14 email:"I went by the site last night and, yes, there is a 4-foot or so length of open-ended PVC pipe connected to her side sewer.
