Windows do not create an appropriate seal from outside environment leading to unsafe cold inside the building. I have photos of condensation turned fully to ice on the inside of the window.

Sidewalk repair construction at the NE corner of Fauntleroy Way SW and SW Fontanelle St starts too early. Today it was 6:30 am, which is against the noise ordinance. Please have them wait until 7 am. Thank you!

The apartment above me flooded last Sunday. I have yet to have complete repairs done, i.e. carpet and ceiling. No plan of action from management, nor any compensation for the 2 humidifiers that have been running non-stop since Sunday. What are my rights?

Has bedbugs - says CPS took her 3 children away because of the bedbugs. Spoke with landlord re bedbugs and landlord gave her a "3 day pay or vacate" notice. Naomi has spoken with Dulcie re the notice.
